Our spacious 1,500 sq. foot second floor apartment is tiled throughout and includes a dramatic wrap around terrace overlooking the beach, the pool and Playa los Arcos.
The Plaza Dorada condominium is located on the beach in the charming old town section of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico within easy walking distance of markets, shops and restaurants. The one bedroom apartment overlooks the broad sandy beach with spectacular views of the Sierra Madre mountains to the south and breathtaking ocean and sunset vistas. A pier nearby provides access to fishing and fiesta boats as well as ferries to popular coastal villages like Yelapa and Mismaloya.
The living/dining area is attractively decorated with comfortable seating and three large sliding glass doors which open onto the terrace and allow both indoor and outdoor dining. The bedroom has a king bed and a spacious closet. The bath features a large soaking tub with shower and linen closet.
The condominium has its own swimming pool complete with chaise lounges, tables, and umbrellas. Just a step outside the pool area's gate and you're on the beach. Adjacent to the pool are two acclaimed restaurants with bars, Coco Tropical and Daquiri Dick's, who will serve you anything from their menus of delicious food and tropical cocktails poolside at your request.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, citrus juicer, plus of course all the pots, pans, plates, bowls and silverware you may need.
Follow the beachfront Malecòn (promenade) at your doorstep for a beautiful walk to the town center where you'll find many attractions like the historic Church of Guadalupe, a central park, various sidewalk shows, and many restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
The wrap around terrace has a table with chairs so you can enjoy a romantic sunset dinner in the comfort and privacy of your own condominium. This also makes a lovely place to read, or play a game of cards overlooking the ocean and beach.
Our condo has an ideal location; right on the beach with necessities and attractions near by. Playa los Arcos is at your door step and restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are all just a short walk away.
Whales migrate off the coast of Puerto Vallarta. Included in the condo is a pair of binoculars for your enjoyment. Our wrap around terrace is a great place for whale watching. You may also see many pelicans dive into the ocean for the catch of the day. If you want to get up close to the marine life, many boats leave the pier everyday for tours of various types.
